Services offered at Valleydale Dental:

invisalign    lumineers

Tooth Whitening: There are two types of whitening offered at Valleydale dental, inoffice and take home. These procedures are used to lift stains caused by tobacco use, foods or medications. We use the Zoom! Lazer Whitening inoffice which usually takes about an hour to achieve that smile you've always wanted. The second is the take home trays which are placed on the teeth and worn about thirty minutes a day for three days.

Tooth Colored Fillings: This is a composite resin that is used to replace worn, fractured or chipped teeth. It is also used to replace those metal or amalgam fillings. The composite resin is custom matched to the same shade as your existing teeth.

Porcelain Crowns/Veneers: These are used to cover worn, fractured or chipped teeth that have become to large to replace with the composite resin. They are also used to hide stains from medications, trauma, and rootcanals. These porcelain crowns/veneers are a great alternative to orthodontic braces in correcting visually crowded/crooked teeth. This procedure is accomplished in two visits. On the first visit, the teeth are prepared, impressions are taken and temporaries are placed. The impressions are sent to a dental laboratory where the crowns or veneers are fabricated. On the second visit, the temporaries are removed and the crowns or veneers are bonded in place.

Implants: Dental implants are artificial tooth replacements that are placed below the gumline, and are usually made of titanium. Implants can be restored with crowns to look and function like a natural tooth. These restorations can be used for one missing tooth or for a full mouth of missing teeth, and they have a great success rate.

Dentures/Partials: These prosthetics are fabricated to replace completely or partially missing teeth.
